OPEN CAMPS

  • Summer Volleyball Camp

Our 2026 Summer Volleyball Camps are officially open! Our two sessions will be focused on both beginner/intermediate and intermediate/advanced skill levels.  We will have multiple courts going at once so we will group athletes further based on their skill level. It is imperative that you choose the proper skill level based on experience for your athlete to get the most out of this camp!

Use VOLLEYBALL26 at checkout before March 1st for an early bird discount.

Beginner/Intermediate Camp is for those who are completely new to the sport, have played in PE class, on a Rec league or in other non-competitive settings. This camp will focus on basics of volleyball, fundamentals, court and game awareness. We will explore game like situations and scrimmages. This is the perfect camp for those that want to explore more into the sport and take their potential to a competitive team in the future.

Intermediate/Advanced Camp is for those that have played in competitive settings, on a Club team, or JV/Varsity High School team. This camp will focus on more strategic parts of volleyball, mental aspects of the game, while putting the basics and fundamentals to work in game like situations. We will a have competitive drills and scrimmages each day. This is the perfect camp for those that want to take their skill and potential to the next level.

Camp instruction will be led by 2017 All-Met Volleyball Coach of the Year, 2019 Quince Orchard Hall of Fame Inductee and 4x State Champion Coach Stephanie Blake, and 2018 Liberty High School Hall of Fame Inductee and 2020 Salisbury University Volleyball Hall of Fame Inductee Stacey Frederick.

  • MSA Summer Girls Lacrosse Camp

MSA Summer Girls Lacrosse Camp is designed specifically for young athletes entering grades 2–8, offering a high-energy environment where players of all skill levels can thrive. Whether they are picking up a stick for the first time or looking to refine their technique for competitive play, our coaches provide the individualized attention needed to build confidence and mastery on the field. The camp will focus on these 4 areas:

    1. Elite Skill Development: We get back to basics and polish the essentials. Campers will participate in high-repetition drills focusing on catching, throwing, cradling, shooting and dodging.
    2. Position-Specific Training: We dive deep into the mechanics of the game. Players will receive specialized instruction for both Offense and Defense, learning footwork, body positioning, and stick checks.
    3. Teamwork & Communication: Lacrosse is the fastest game on two feet, and it requires a “team-first” mentality. We emphasize vocal communication and trust-building exercises that translate both on and off the field.
    4. Situational Game Play: We move beyond drills into real-world scenarios. Through scrimmages and tactical walkthroughs, campers learn how to read the field and make smart decisions under pressure.

We believe that summer camp should be the highlight of a child’s break. We combine training with fun challenges and daily competitions to keep energy levels high and smiles on faces. Your athlete will leave with improved skills, new friends, and a deeper love for the sport.
