VOLLEYBALL

Summer Volleyball Camp

Overview

Our 2025 Summer Volleyball Camps are officially open! Our two sessions will be focused on both beginner/intermediate and intermediate/advanced skill levels.  We will have multiple courts going at once so we will group athletes further based on their skill level. It is imperative that you choose the proper skill level based on experience for your athlete to get the most out of this camp!

Beginner/Intermediate Camp is for those who are completely new to the sport, have played in PE class, on a Rec league or in other non-competitive settings. This camp will focus on basics of volleyball, fundamentals, court and game awareness. We will explore game like situations and scrimmages. This is the perfect camp for those that want to explore more into the sport and take their potential to a competitive team in the future.

Intermediate/Advanced Camp is for those that have played in competitive settings, on a Club team, or JV/Varsity High School team. This camp will focus on more strategic parts of volleyball, mental aspects of the game, while putting the basics and fundamentals to work in game like situations. We will a have competitive drills and scrimmages each day. This is the perfect camp for those that want to take their skill and potential to the next level.

Camp instruction will be led by 2017 All-Met Volleyball Coach of the Year, 2019 Quince Orchard Hall of Fame Inductee and 4x State Champion Coach Stephanie Blake, and 2018 Liberty High School Hall of Fame Inductee and 2020 Salisbury University Volleyball Hall of Fame Inductee Stacey Frederick.
